WT (World Taekwondo) style taekwondo emphasizes the art of kicking, sparring, and forms (poomsae) while promoting discipline, respect, and physical fitness. Students of all ages learn effective techniques and strategies for both competition and self-defense, fostering confidence and resilience. Through rigorous training, practitioners enhance their agility, strength, and mental focus, preparing them for challenges both on and off the mat.
Tiny Tigers is our introductory program for young children aged 3 to 5, designed to introduce them to the fundamentals of taekwondo in a fun and engaging way. Through interactive games and activities, children develop essential motor skills, coordination, and focus while learning basic taekwondo techniques. This nurturing environment fosters social skills, discipline, and a love for physical activity, laying the foundation for a lifelong journey in martial arts.
Women's Only Cardio Kickboxing and Self defense:
Our women's only cardio kickboxing and self-defense classes are designed specifically by women, for women, blending high-energy workouts with practical self-defense techniques. Participants engage in dynamic routines that improve cardiovascular health, strength, and coordination while learning vital skills to protect themselves in real-life situations. This empowering program not only builds physical fitness but also instills confidence, self-awareness, and a supportive community among women.
Co-ed Cardio Kickboxing:
Our co-ed cardio kickboxing classes are designed to blend high-energy workouts with martial arts techniques, catering to all participants regardless of gender. Engage in dynamic routines that improve cardiovascular health, strength, and coordination while learning vital skills to protect yourself in real-life situations. This empowering program not only builds physical fitness but also instills confidence, self-awareness, and fosters a supportive community among all participants
Pricing
Taekwondo
Students are not bound to one class or class time. Students can train as much or as little as they like with the programs that meet their age and/or belt rank.

Family of 2 - $175 +gst
Family of 3 - $250 +gst
Family of 4 - $300 +gst
Family of 5 - $350 +gst

Student fees include belt testing, excluding dan tests
Kickboxing
Women’s only 6 week sessions, 1 class per week $90 per session, 2 classes per week $150,

Co-ed kickboxing: once per week, 6 week sessions $90 or continuous $50 monthly.

Cross-trained students can inquire about combination pricing
We believe that taekwondo should be accessible to everyone, if you have financial barriers to training please inquire about alternate funding options.

FAQ
Do your classes only focus on fighting and forms?
No, we believe in training the whole athlete. Our class structure includes mobility, specialized muscle group training, agility and stability, as well as traditional and sport forms and sparring
If I already have a WT uniform, do I need to buy a new one?
No, you can wear the uniform you already have
Am I too old to start martial arts?
Never
Do I have to have previous martial arts experience to join either program?
Not at all, our instructors are happy to help all levels of students to feel welcome and supported
Do I have to wear white pants?
The traditional wt student uniforms are white, however, for regular training we have other pant colour options available.
Our Space
We have extensive open training space, a large warmup area, designated parent viewing area and a kids playroom!
